The Privacy Policy of Requiem Records informs on: how we process the personal data of the Users of our websites, who is the administrator of your personal data, for what purpose and on what basis we process the data, what data is processed by us, how long we process the data, what rights our Users are entitled to as subjects of personal data.

The administrator of your personal data is Łukasz Pawlak Requiem Records, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 64, 00-322 Warszawa, hereinafter referred to as the Owner of the Website. If you use the website and leave your personal data there, it will be processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected. If you leave data for the purposes of: receiving current information in the form of subscriptions, receiving ordered marketing information, making purchases in the on-line store, then personal data will be processed by the Website Owner and entities entrusted with the processing of personal data by the Website Owner.

 

For what purpose do we process your data?

By using our website, your personal data is collected and further processed for purposes related to the implementation of individual website functionalities. Therefore, depending on the website where you leave your data, I will inform you about the processing purposes each time, however, knowing the possibilities of our website, I can indicate the following known purposes of data processing: submitting an inquiry for an offer, ordering marketing information, submitting a contact inquiry, using the online store line, newsletter subscription.
