resembled a mountain serpentine of inspiration, experiences, studies and reflections. Perhaps the main driving force behind the work were reflections on the future of humanity and the inevitable assimilation of artificial intelligence in every corner of our lives, culminating in androids. And this already gives us the way to completely new questions. Could androids, through error or human interference, begin to have beliefs? Could they become shamans? If so, what would they believe? Or to whom? And the most important question is whether we humans would believe them.
The cover refers to a moment of cybernetic illumination, a spark, an error in the artificial intelligence code, a moment before falling into madness, a moment before waking up. The album features Michał Pepol - cellist, creator, performer and member of the Royal String Quartet. The material is largely based on all sounds of stringed instruments -upright piano, piano, strings, cymbals, mandolins, zithers with the support of electronics. Some of the recordings were made in a charming attic in Masuria, and some in a small Warsaw bedroom.
