Skinny is a solo project of Michał Skinny Skórka - the founder of the cult duo Skinny Patrini in electro and electroclash music circles. Vocalist, composer, songwriter, music producer and multi-instrumentalist all in one.

He started his musical career in 2005, creating with Anna Patrini the duo Skinny Patrini, known, among others from the music for the films "Galerianki" and "Lokator". The band played at many festivals in Poland and abroad, released two well-received albums "Duty Free" (2008) and "Sex" (2012). In 2013, the duo decided to end their activities and Skinny began a solo path. In June 2014, he began working on the production of two songs by Justyna Steczkowska, which were included on the album "Anima" (2014): "Kochankowie Syreny", which was selected for the second single promoting the artist's album and "High Heels" crowning the album, with a guest appearance of Pati Yang, which turned out to be another single promoting "Anima".
